My name is Jason, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of New York, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor (in the United States).

Since 2006, I have worked in both community mental health and private practice agency settings. I have taken a specialized interest in sleep hygiene. I have studied this topic in great detail and have worked with hundreds of clients, teaching them how proper sleep can greatly effect one's mental health, mood, immune system, etc.

I have helped them to sleep better, and now I would like to share this information with you.
